To meet future needs, the Portfolio of the Vice-President & Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) has recently refreshed its structure by adding a range of new positions, including strategic leadership positions, to further enhance performance and strengthen capacity in both the International Recruitment and the International Partnerships Directorates.
Flinders International has set an ambitious strategy for 2022 and beyond. Key to this is driving a post COVID-19 international student enrolment recovery by an enhanced focus on international recruitment and partnerships working in close collaboration with our Colleges and Portfolios.

Senior Manager International Admissions

The Senior Manager, International Admissions makes a high-level contribution to ensuring that the University meets its strategic objectives by taking primary responsibility for leadership and management for all aspects of international admissions functions within Flinders International. You will be responsible for admissions and compliance processes and procedures, management and supervision of the admissions team, management of workflows and continuous business improvement. The position has a strong focus on providing positive customer outcomes, building a high-performance culture and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. The role is considered the subject matter expert on international admissions, providing advice and recommendations aligned to entry criteria, policy development and system enhancements while maintain a focus on achieving the University’s student recruitment targets.
Senior Manager International Recruitment

The Senior Manager, International Recruitment makes a high-level contribution to ensuring that the University meets its strategic objectives by taking primary responsibility for managing all aspects of strategy, marketing and international student recruitment. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing student recruitment activities and collaborating with other teams within the International Recruitment Directorate and the broader Flinders International Portfolio to achieve University student recruitment targets.
Country Recruitment Manager

The Country Recruitment Manager makes a high-level contribution ensuring that the University meets its strategic objectives and targets by taking primary responsibility for managing all aspects of marketing and international student recruitment for an assigned geographical region.
Digital Recruitment Officer

The Digital Recruitment Officer is part of a team that contributes towards the development and implementation of digital activities aligned to the recruitment of international students. The role is responsible for managing content and technical elements aligned to the continual innovation and development of digital platforms and systems which support international student recruitment activities.
Content Producer - International

The Content Producer - International will use Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), copywriting, social media and email marketing skills in the creation of content and assets for digital development and marketing that support the achievement of Portfolio strategic objectives. The incumbent will produce and publish content that will deliver measurable outcomes which are in line with University and Portfolio priorities including student recruitment, research, stakeholder engagement, branding and culture as envisioned in The 2025 Agenda.
Portfolio Support officer

The Portfolio Support Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative, records management, project and organisational support tasks, for and on behalf of, the Portfolio leadership team.
Client Service Officer (International Partnerships)

The Client Service Officer (International Partnerships) is responsible for supporting initiatives aligned with the international strategic goals of the University, that advance the College’s ambitions with a particular focus on international partnerships, but also support for international recruitment working closely with the relevant Manager International Partnerships.
The position provides support to the end-to-end service delivery that links international strategy with operational delivery and is the key conduit between the College and the Flinders International Portfolio.
Client Service Officer (Admissions)

The Client Services Officer (Admissions) is responsible for a range of tasks relating to the admission of international students to the University, with a particular focus on contributing to high level client service delivery in the assessment of applications, and issuance of offer letters.
