Teaching program
Flinders Law develops expert leaders who make a real difference in our changing world. New technology is transforming the legal profession and transforming it into a global industry.
We offer high quality legal academic knowledge, the practical skills necessary for admission to legal practice, and the opportunity for students to acquire skills in innovation and enterprise through a legal lens.
Flinders offers the only undergraduate legal practice degree in South Australia.
The Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice satisfies both the academic and practical requirements to seek admission from the Supreme Court of South Australia to practise law in the state. A range of combined degrees options are offered to law students who want to pursue multiple passions and broaden their career prospects further. We also offer graduate programs, including an online Juris Doctor.
The Flinders Legal Advice Clinic is a free advice service staffed by Flinders law students. Students are supervised by qualified legal practitioners who check all advice. The Clinic adheres to all the professional rules and guidelines that every law firm and legal practitioner must follow.
As well as supporting the community, the Clinic provides Flinders law students with invaluable real-life experience that supports their learning and future career.
