Festival Plaza Precinct

Right in the heart of the city centre, Festival Plaza is strategically positioned amongst Adelaide’s medical and educational precinct.

Neighbouring the Festival Centre, overlooking the River Torrens, it is set to become a unique, world-class hub for the arts, culture, tourism and entertainment.

Breathing life back into the city, it will feature a reinvigorated 5,000sqm city square, a commercial tower with 40,000sqm of premium office space – home to Flinders – and a two storey precinct featuring cafes, restaurants and luxury retail outlets. The flexible design of the plaza will accommodate concerts, exhibitions, pop-up food, beverage stands, art and other cultural exhibitions, making it a thriving destination to work and play from day to night.
