Located in the heart of Bedford Park, the Plaza is the ultimate outdoor setting with unrivalled flexibility for grand events.
The size and scale of the Plaza surrounded by a sweeping natural landscape makes it the perfect choice for medium to large scale community events. The Plaza has multi-mode capabilities including an outdoor cinema screen, 250 seat auditorium and market place space, allowing you to tailor the setting to the unique needs of your event. With the ability to connect to state-of-the-art AV equipment presentations and performances are ensured a seamless delivery.
Suitable Plaza events could include: University major events including Open Days, O’Week and Graduations; student and club activities; promotional events; outdoor cinemas and screening of sporting events; stalls and markets; auditorium for presentations and performances; BBQ’s; and satellite festivals and events.

- Access to a variety of food vendors in the Hub and surrounding areas. Service points provide the ability to bump-in multiple food trucks.
External services required
- Portable toilets required for events of 800 guests or more.
Enquiries and how to book
The Plaza Super Screen will be unavailable from 6th December 2021 until the 14th January 2022. The immediate area around and under the Plaza Super Screen will not be accessible during this time and will be roped off for the duration of the works.
Please follow any safety signage and do not cross into the work zone.
The Plaza Super Screen and grassed area should not be booked during this time.
