We have short-term accommodation available from December through to mid-February each year and occasionally at other times depending on student occupancy.
Accommodation is collegiate style with single bedrooms and shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities. Rooms are provided with linen and are conveniently located with easy access to the University. University Hall offers a common room with a large screen television, vending machines for snacks, as well as laundry facilities. During the academic year you will be able to eat in the dining room.
Per night: $60.00 (when dining room is closed) or $85.00 (when dining room is open).
Long-term casual rates are available for guests staying four weeks or more.

Deirdre Jordan Village consists of units which are fully furnished and contain either three or five bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, lounge room and kitchen.
There is a minimum seven night stay.
3 bedroom townhouse: $650.00 per week
5 bedroom unit: $1,200.00 per week

The Accommodation database has been designed to assist students in their search for housing. To attract as many listings as possible the database is provided free-of-charge to any person who would like to list available housing.
The Flinders Living Accommodation Database is monitored and moderated taking account of University Bylaws, and relevant State and Federal Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination legislation. Flinders Living is under no obligation to assist lessors and retains the right to refuse to list any property or to remove any property from the database without explanation.
Flinders Living does not screen or otherwise recommend users of this service and the proper checking of tenants remains the sole responsibility of the lessor.
