Learn moreThe Discipline of Behavioural Health supports health professionals to enhance their knowledge and improve health outcomes for their clients through a range of short courses and workshops. Informed by research, our courses offer practical tools, resources and intervention and prevention approaches ready for implementation in your work.
More than 10,000 people have completed this professionally accredited course focusing on managing chronic conditions with self-management techniques. As part of our flagship Flinders Program, we also offer an Accredited Trainer Program to train others in this approach to supporting self-management.
Our courses are delivered using online, blended or face-to-face modes. Onsite delivery can also be negotiated.
In conjunction with those with lived experience of mental health concerns and clinicians we have developed a suite of guided self-help workbooks that support the delivery of high dose narrow bandwidth support provisions for step 2, low intensity psychological interventions.
