I would honestly recommend the paramedic degree and profession to anyone who has a real passion for helping people. The trust the community places in us allows us to help them in their times of need. Being a paramedic is a true privilege.
Sarah Rech, Lecturer in Paramedic Science and Paramedic with SA Ambulance Service
It wasn't until I began studying the Master of Paramedicine that I realised how infinite learning can be. It's become somewhat addictive as I look for other avenues to challenge myself that I would never have done before. I've proven to myself that despite my initial reservations about undertaking the Master of Paramedicine, there is a true value in gaining a higher degree.

I think what brings me the greatest pride and satisfaction is the chance to be there for people in some incredibly intimate moments of crisis. To be able to walk away from these situations feeling like you made a positive impact during someone’s time of need is immensely rewarding.
