Drama is more than just waiting for that one big break. The Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama) is Flinders' dedicated professional training course for actors and directors in theatre and on screen. Taught by practising industry professionals in exceptional, purpose-built spaces and studios, Flinders Drama prepares industry-ready graduates with the theoretical and practical skills to create their own shows, their own media and their own careers.

Undertake rigorous practical training in the entertainment arts and gain hands-on experience in devising and performing in a variety of arenas.
There is the possibility of an exchange with Columbia College in Chicago.

Applicants are required to submit a Curriculum Vitae, a written statement and a recent photograph of themselves as part of the application process.
From 30 September, applications submitted through SATAC for this course, will be sent details on how to complete this requirement.
Applicants who provide the above information will be invited to attend an audition in late November.
In addition, for applicants using their SACE (year 12) results (or equivalent), entry is subject to achieving a minimim selection rank of 60.
Applicants can apply for this course using Year 12 qualifications, previous higher education study, TAFE/VET qualifications, or through Adult Entry (STAT/Foundation Studies/tertiary preparation course).

Applicants are required to attend an audition and submit a completed and signed audition application form.
If you don’t meet our English language entry requirements and need to improve your English language proficiency, you can do so through our approved English Language Instruction Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) providers.
This means that you can attend the required English language tuition at approved ELICOS providers and gain direct entry into university without an IELTS or TOEFL test.
If you don’t meet our academic entry requirements, you can still gain entry to Flinders University through academic pathways programs provided by the Flinders International Study Centre.
